Partial depletion of Ftn6 causes sensivity to UV. WT and Ftn6-depleted cells (Δftn6::Kmr) were grown to 0.5 OD580 and spotted in 4-fold serial dilutions onto MM plates. Then, the plates were exposed to 0 (control), 250 or 500 J.m-2 UV rays.
